Terms & Conditions

The Platform is a B2B service exclusively for licensed pharmacy businesses operating in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that:

• You hold a valid pharmacy trade licence issued by the relevant authority.
• You are at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into binding agreements.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to verify your credentials and suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@ferdousicare.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All prices displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are exclusive of delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time you place the order is binding.

Orders are confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Minimum order quantities or values may apply to certain products or delivery areas.

• Payment must be completed at the time of ordering through the payment methods available on the Platform.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or mobile banking credentials.
• In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be processed. Please retry or contact support.

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, stock availability, or circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters or strikes).

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. If an order is not received within the expected window, please contact us within 7 days.

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, expired, or incorrectly supplied products only.
• Products must be in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Medicines returned due to change of mind or order error are not eligible for refund unless agreed in writing.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information (name, dosage form, manufacturer, price) is accurate. However, medicine formulations, packaging, and pricing can change. Always verify product details against the physical packaging upon delivery before dispensing.

Ferdousi Care is a distributor, not a manufacturer. We are not liable for adverse effects arising from the use of products supplied in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Purchase medicines for resale to consumers without the appropriate retail licence.
• Place fraudulent, speculative, or bulk orders with the intent to return.
• Scrape, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform.
• Circumvent any security measure or access controls.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation of Bangladesh.

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of Ferdousi Care or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferdousi Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
